Franklinton, NC--Funeral services for Ollie Perry, age 83, who died on Sunday, September 17, 2023, will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, September 23, from the Popes Chapel United Church of Christ in Franklinton with Rev. K. Ray Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the Popes Chapel Church Cemetery.

Born February 23, 1940, he is survived by his wife, Mary W. Perry of the home; four daughters, Mary C. Mangrum (James), Susan Blackwell (Champ),Teresa Reese (Darnell), Linda Perry; one son, Oliver Williams; and two sisters, Mary Tetteh and Ophelia Hilliard (Jimmie), all of Franklinton, NC; two brothers, Dallas Crudup (Carolyn) of Youngsville, NC, Leo Crudup of Franklinton; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be 1-2 p.m., Saturday at Popes Chapel United Church of Christ.
