Franklinton, NC--Funeral services for Winnie Bell Neal, age 97, who died on Monday, September 25, 2023, will be held on 12 p.m., Friday, September 29, from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Andre Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchner's Grove Church Cemetery.

Born March 18, 1926, she is survived by three sons, Adam Neal and Larry Neal (Janice), both of Franklinton, NC, James Neal of Raleigh, NC; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild and two great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be 11 a.m.- 12 p.m., Friday at Richardson Funeral Home.
