LOUISBURG, NC -- Funeral services for Sylvester "Sly" Tucker, age 53, who died on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023, will be held on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023 at 12 p.m. from the Fork Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Warrenton with Rev. Thomas Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Alston Family Cemetery.

Born on June 16, 1970, he is survived by four daughters, Christy Holden of Castalia, NC, Sontisha and Sonisha Jordan, both of Soul City, NC, Khadijah Howze (Christian) of Durham, NC; his mother, Lottia Alston Tucker of the home; his maternal grandmother, Sarah B. Alston of Louisburg, NC; two sisters, Constance Alston of Louisburg, NC, Angela Noble of Henderson, NC; one brother, Cornelius Alston (Constalina) of Louisburg, NC; and one grandchild.

There will be a viewing Friday afternoon from 4 until 5 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg and on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 12 noon at Fork Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
