NASHVILLE, NC -- Funeral services for Mary Delores Cheeks who died on Thursday, November 2, 2023 were held noon Wednesday, November 8, from the Bunn Chapel Baptist Church in Nashville, NC. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Nashville, NC.

Born on June 13, 1951, she is survived by three sisters, Angie Edmonds of Nashville NC, Reathella Richardson of Nashville NC, and Latonya Richardson of Rocky Mount, NC; five brothers, Vernon Cheek (Shamon) of Rocky Mount, NC, William Earl Cheeks of Nashville, NC, Hozel Edmonds of Rocky Mount, NC Haywood Edmonds (Glynis) of Nashville, NC and Willie Edmonds Jr. of Rocky Mount, NC.

Open visitation was held at the Bunn Chapel Baptist Church in Nashville, NC on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
