Hollister, NC--Funeral services for Norman Edward "Bruh" Hedgepeth, age 83, who died on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, were held on Saturday, December 23, at 2 p.m. from the White Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Hollister with Pastor Alonzo West officiating. Burial followed in the Old White Rock Church Cemetery.

Born December 26, 1939, he is survived by three daughters, Judy Wright (Isaac), Minnie Hedgepeth, Jennifer Hedgepeth; and three sons, Willie Hedgepeth, Rufus Hedgepeth (Jennifer) and Chad Hedgepeth, all of Hollister, NC; six sisters, Eloise Mills, Carlean Coley (Vermus) and Dorothy Long, all of Louisburg, NC, Virginia Brodie (Gennie) of Bunn, NC, Versie Hedgepeth, Delois Richardson, both of Louisburg, NC; four brothers, Truman Hedgepeth (Anna Mae) of Louisburg, NC, Benton Hedgepeth of Bunn, NC, James Hedgepeth of Louisburg, NC, Jasper Hedgepeth (Brenda) of Wendell, NC; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Viewing was Saturday 12 - 2 p.m. at White Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Hollister.
