LOUISBURG - William “Billy” Cecil Turnage, 43, died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2007. Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 17) at New Hope Worship Center, 7428 Pearces Road, Louisburg, with Pastor Joe Ferguson officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends immediately following the service.

He was born in Wake County to the late William Alvin Turnage and Elizabeth Vause Turnage of Louisburg.

Surviving: his mother, Elizabeth Vause Turnage of Louisburg; brothers, Willie Turnage of Wake Forest, Donald Turnage of Myrtle Beach, S. C., Robert Turnage of Rolesville; sisters, Barbara Ann Bosquez of Phoenix, Ariz., Emma Ray of Louisburg, Diana Brannan of Wilmington; five nieces and five nephews.
