LOUISBURG, NC-- Frances Long Murray, 81, of Louisburg died on January 5, 2024.

Frances was born in Franklin County on September 23, 1942 to the late George Duke Long and Meta Griffin Long. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Emily Long Stephenson.

Frances is survived by her husband, Larry C Murray; her son, Jeffrey T. Murray; her brother, George P. Long (Marcia); one niece; two nephews; and three great nieces.

At her request, there are no services planned.
