LOUISBURG - Aileen Medlin Dickerson, 85, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2007 at Franklin Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were conducted Monday, Oct. 15, in the chapel of Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, with the Rev. Leo Bennett Jr. officiating. Burial followed in Lancaster Memorial Park.

Surviving: a son, Russell Dickerson (Mary) of Louisburg; daughters, Judy Dickerson and Helen Sanderlin (Bob), all of Louisburg, and Ann Wheeler (Freddy) of Franklinton; brothers, William C. Medlin and Jimmy Arnold Medlin, both of Louisburg, and William E. Medlin Jr. of Farmville; sisters, Rosa Finch of Louisburg and Ann M. Ayscue of Louisburg; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
