FRANKLINTON, NC -- Funeral services for James Dion Teasley, 55, who died on February 12, 2024, were held 1 p.m. Saturday, February 24, at Greater New Life Church Ministries.

The Rev. Dexter Perry officiated.

He was born on July 16, 1968 to the late James Thomas and Lois Merritt-Teasley.

He is survived by two sons, Kendrick of Franklinton and Jeremiah of Raleigh; one daughter, Zakayla of Franklinton; two sisters, Regina of Clayton, and Taniyah of Louisburg; two brothers, Maurice and Tony (Wanda), both of Raleigh; and one granddaughter.
