Hollister, NC--Funeral services for Donald "Ducky" Silver, Sr., age 69, who died on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Deral Hedgpeth officiating. Burial will follow in the Silver Family Cemetery.

Born May 20, 1954, he is survived by his wife, Doretha Harvey Silver of Warrenton, NC; three daughters, Sherice Silver of Louisburg, NC, Tanya Silver of Hampton, VA, Shatenika Nicholson of Hollister, NC; two sons, Tedman Silver of Hollister, NC, Donald Christopher Silver, Jr. (Jennifer) of Littleton, NC; three sisters, Maggie Silver Richardson (Doc) and Jamilah Wali, both of New Haven, CT and Cora Silver Davis of Nashville, NC; one brother, Jimmy D. Silver (Hazel) of Hollister, NC; twenty grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be Wednesday, March 6, from 12 until 1 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
