Franklinton, NC-- Alice Frazier Burchette, age 84, died July 22, 2024 at her home in Franklinton.

She was born on October 1, 1939 to the late Iva and Annie Hale Frazier. In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Burchette and her brother, Jerry Frazier.

Alice is survived by her daughters, Donna Greear, Susan McKain (Tedd), and Jamie Burchette; her sons, Ronald and Donald Barefield; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her sister, Jane Applegate (Roger); and her sister-in-law, Jackie Frazier.

The family will receive friends at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 27, at Unity Baptist Church, 6348 State Hwy 96, Youngsville, NC, where a celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m.
