Louisburg, NC -- Robert Wayne Ayscue, 72, of Louisburg, died Tuesday morning August 5, 2025 at his home.

Robert was born August 9, 1952 in Vance County to the late Robert Lee Ayscue. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marilyn W. Ayscue; sister, Shirley Blackley and brothers, Chuck Ayscue and Peter Root Ayscue.

Funeral service was 11 a.m., Friday, August 8, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. The family received friends immediately following the service.

Robert is survived by his wife, Sandra C. Ayscue; mother, Cora P. Creekmore; step-daughter, Jeanie Turner; step-son, Glenn Dickerson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Angie Ayscue; Pete and Debbie Ayscue; Jerome and Amanda Creekmore; Kenneth Ayscue; step-brother, Keith Taylor; step-sisters, Carolyn Morales; Frances and Phillip Hunt; Theresa and Glenn Satterwhite; brother in-law, Larry Blackley.
