Nashville, NC -- Funeral services for Glynis R. Edmonds, age 61, who died on Thursday, August 14, 2025, will be held on Thursday, August 21, at 12 p.m. from the Social Union Baptist Church in Nashville. Burial will follow in the Forest Hills Cemetery, Nashville.

Born Feb. 28, 1964, she is survived by her husband, Haywood Edmonds of the home; one daughter, Brittni Edmonds of Rocky Mount; one son, Brandon Edmonds (Sophia) of Rocky Mount; two sisters, Tami Harrison (Wesley) of Nashville, and Tonja Whitaker (Shawn) of Whitakers; and two grandchildren.

Wake service was held at the Social Union Baptist Church in Nashville, Wednesday, August 20, from 5 until 7 p.m.
