Louisburg, NC -- Funeral services for Johnnie Clinton Branch Jr., age 79, who died on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, will be held on Sunday, August 24, at 2 p.m. at the Terrell Lane Middle School Gymnasium in Louisburg with Rev. James W. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Jones Chapel Church Cemetery.

Born March 4 1946, he is survived by his wife Clora Branch of the home; three daughters, Jacqueline Vines (Tony), Lisa Williams (Michael), Shelia Branch; six sisters, Joyce Crawley, Mattie Solomon, Alberta Branch, Lizzie Bood, Debra Alexander, Beatrice Kearney (Wayne); five brothers, Melvin Wright (Mattie), Curtis Wright, Wilbert Wright (Betty), Levon Wright (Penny), Joel Branch (Clara); his step-mother, Gracie Branch, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, all of Louisburg, NC.

Viewing is Sunday from 1 until 2 p.m. at Terrell Lane Gymnasium.
