Louisburg, NC -- Funeral services for Ellis Lee Williams, age 45, who died on Friday, October 12, 2025, will be held Sunday, October 19, at 2 p.m. from the Louisburg High School Auditorium with Rev. Thomas Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Stephens Church Cemetery.

Born April 20, 1980, he is survived by his daughter, Elisha McCowan of Franklinton, NC; four sons, Omharyan Cooke of Louisburg, NC, Jayden McCowan and Ellis McCowan, Jr., both of Franklinton, NC, Shaquin Williams of Louisburg, NC; his father, Joseph Fowler of Henderson, NC; two sisters, Krystal Fowler of Greensboro, NC, Latina Fowler of Louisburg, NC; four brothers, Maurice Fowler of Willow Springs, NC, Joseph Albert Fowler, Jr. of Louisburg, NC, Dexter Mills of Clayton, NC, Rontavious Williams of Louisburg, NC; his fiancé, Nancy Hicks of the home; and two grandchildren.

Viewing is Sunday from 1 until 2 p.m. at the Louisburg High School Audiorium.
