RICHMOND, VA -- Funeral services for Rachel L. Richardson, age 77, who died on Monday, December 22, 2025 were held on Saturday, January 3, at 2 p.m. from the Pine Chapel Baptist Church in Hollister, NC with Rev. Robert Hedgepeth, officiating.

Born June 5, 1948, she is survived by her children, Jacqueline, Minnie (Charles), Lionel, and Terri; ten grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren; her sisters, Penny (Calvin), Sarah, Elois, and Dorothy; her brother, Ejaye Robinson (Robyn); her brothers-in-law, Julius (Susan), Johnny (Claudean) and Dyrel (Ellen); her sisters-in-law, Jackie (Jerome), Janet (Danny Ray), Curley (Thomas) and Casey (Malcolm); along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Viewing was held Saturday, January 3, 2025, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Pine Chapel Baptist Church.
