Hollister, NC -- Funeral services for Mary A. Evans age 86, who died on Thursday, March 26, 2026, will be held on Thursday, April 2, at 2 p.m. from the Mount Bethel Baptist Church in Warrenton, NC, with Rev. Willie Silver officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Bethel Baptist Church cemetery.

Born Sept. 22, 1939, she is survived by her husband, Walton Evans of the home; daughters, Celesta Rosser (Dan) and April Richardson both of Warrenton, NC; sisters, Patsy Lynch (Esau) of Hollister, NC and Jeanette Armstrong (Bill) of Cary, NC; brothers, Arthur Richardson (Betsy) and Johnnie Richardson (Irene) of Hollister, NC; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Viewing was on Wednesday, April 1, from 6 until 7 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home chapel in Louisburg, NC.
