WAKE FOREST - David S. Cook III, 26, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Memorial services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, Nov. 24) at Youngsville Baptist Church, with the Rev. Charles Stratton officiating. Friends may visit the family following the service.

He was born in Wake County, the son of Brenda Conway Cook and David S. Cook Jr.

Surviving: his parents, Brenda C. and David Cook Jr. of Wake Forest; sisters, Christina Johnston of Durham and Aubrie Adcock of Wake Forest; grandparents, David S. Cook Sr. of Raleigh and Christine Owens of Youngsville; two nieces and three nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marie G. Cook, and grandfather, Edward Allen Conway Sr.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Youngsville Baptist Church, P. O. Box 297, Youngsville, NC 27596.
