LOUISBURG – Mary Jo Morgan, 60, of 4264 Hwy. 56 E., died Sunday afternoon.

Mary Jo was the daughter of the late Ila Mae and Russell Clayton Wood and a native of Franklin County.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at White Level Baptist Church, with the Rev. Henry Stamper and the Rev. Winfred Porter officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mary Jo is survived by her husband, Thomas Morgan; grandson, Dylan Hill of the home; daughter, Mandy Hill; son, Clay Hill, all of Louisburg; 5 grandchildren; special friends, Ronald and Gertrude Hill of Louisburg.

The family will receive friends 7 – 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Strickland Funeral Home, 103 W. Franklin St., Louisburg.
