WAKE FOREST - Vermal B. Sanders, 63, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, at Feggins & Feggins Funeral Chapel in Wake Forest. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Zebulon. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Thursday at Feggns & Feggins.

She was born to the late John and Helen Brown of Wake County. She was education at Dubois High School in Wake Forest.

Surviving: her husband, John Sanders Jr. of the home; daughter, Sherrell K. Bizzell (Christopher) of Wendell; sons, James S. King (Sylvia) and Eddie King, all of Raleigh, and Alfonza King (Trina) of Knightdale; brothers, James W. Brown of Wendell and Wade Brown of Franklinton; sisters, Lacy McCleod of Rolesville and Argie Forte (Herman) of Wake Forest; four stepchildren; and 11 grandchildren.
