YOUNGSVILLE - Rosolene Leonard Lewis, age 62, a resident of 70 Turtle Court, died Thursday, December 18, 2008, at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Born in Rocky Mount, NC, on July 11, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Roger Ervin Leonard and Lou Ella Burnette Leonard.

She was a retired Office Manager for Stretch Knit Elastics of North Carolina in Warrenton.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 PM in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Phillip Qualls. Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin Lewis, Jr. of the home; one son, Tommy Lewis and wife, Amy, of Apex; one daughter, Teresa Lewis of Youngsville; two brothers, Greg Leonard of Richmond, Virginia and Rand Leonard of Martinsville, Virginia; one sister, Lucinda L. Highsmith of Thomasville, Georgia; one half brother, Dale Leonard of Centerville; and one half sister, Donna Pair of Centerville; and two grandchildren, Carlee Rose Lewis and Thomas Keaton Lewis. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Christopher Scott Kindred.

The family will receive friends Sunday night from 7:00 until 8:30 PM at J. M. White Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home.
