LOUISBURG - Thomas H. Branch, 91, died Thursday, June 16, 2016 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 23, at Emmanuel Church of Christ, 207 Harris St., Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Mann family cemetery in Louisburg.
