When I first came to Louisburg, I was fortunate enough to get to know Ruth, when she was running FC Mental Health. I was so lucky to have known her, and to have met someone who was so great to deal with, and incredibly competent. During my 19 years in Louisburg, I havn't often been so lucky as I was with Ruth. There are too few people like her in my world. My sympathies to her family.
