The Massenberg family has blazed a trail for African Americans in Franklin County, and indeed for all citizens, as farmers, business owners, and civic leaders. As the most recent patriarch of this family Warren Massenberg set an unusually high standard with his friendly, low-key, common sense approach to providing solutions to common problems. He will be greatly missed.
