PORTSMOUTH, Va.- Funeral services for Charlie Edward Perry Sr., 85, formerly of Louisburg, who died Wednesday, March 30, 2011, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 4, at St. Delight UCC in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving: wife, Mora Perry of the home; daughters, Geneva Moore of Portsmouth, Va., Bernice Thomas of Centerville, Ga., and Marjorie B. Perry of Ft. Washington, Md.; sons, Herbert A. Perry and Charlie E. Perry Jr., both of Chesapeake, Va.; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Wake services will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. Monday, April 4, at St. Delight UCC, Louisburg.
