GLENN C. TURNAGE
RALEIGH - Glenn Curtis Turnage, 52, died Monday, June 13, 2011. There will be no service at this time, but a celebration of his life will be held in the near future.

He was born in Wake County but spent most of his life in Franklin County. His life work was farming, but most recently he was owner and operator of B. J.’s Community Grocery on Rolesville Road.

Surviving: wife, Ann Phillips Turnage; mother, Rosa Evelyn Turnage; daughter, Melinda Delaney (Mike) brother, Allen Turnage (Belinda); sisters, Carla Pendergrass (Donald), Rebecca Medlin (Tony), Deborah Leonard; stepdaughters, Vicki Sherk (David), Tracey Maxwell (Stan); and three step-grandchildren.

Those wishing to make contributions, please do so to the SPCA of Wake County in Glenn’s memory.
