RALEIGH - Clyde Henry “Chuck” Benner, Jr., 56, died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh.
He was born in Wadesboro. He worked for many years at P & A Smith in Cary.
Surviving: wife, Linda Blackwell Benner; brother, David “Buck” Benner (Dawn) of White Oak; sister, Susan Lamb of Hollywood, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Henry Benner Sr. and Myra Blake Benner Hooker.

Arrangements are under the care of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service in Franklinton.
