HENDERSON —Funeral services for Susanna Clifton, 79, who died Monday, March 26, 2012 at Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at Old Liberty Baptist Church, with Dr. Charles A. Murril officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving: daughters, Judith K. Clifton and Gloria Wiggins of Franklinton, Glenda Morgan of Orlando, Fla., and Jacqueline Clifton of Ervington, N. J.; sons, Zachariah Clifton (Constance) of East Orange, N.J., Russell Clifton of the home; and Larry Clifton (Benethia) of Newark, N. J.; sisters, Lucy Eaton of Raleigh and Earlean Bumpers of Louisburg; 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Open visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Friday, March 30, from 3 to 8 p.m.
