GARY A. WARREN
MOREHEAD CITY - Gary Allen Warren, 57, died Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Carteret General Hospital. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, May 24, at Smyrna Pentecostal Holiness Church, with the Rev. Vance Harrell officiating. Interment with Masonic Rites will follow at North River United Methodist Church cemetery.

He was employed with Civil Service for 23 years.

Surviving: wife, Sarah Warren of Bettie; daughter, Melisa Nelson (Shawn) of Beaufort; stepdaughters, Ashley Roberts and Megan Roberts, both of Beaufort; sister, Gale May (Ricky) of Louisburg; brothers, Ronnie Warren of Beaufort and Tony Warren (Rhoda) of Hubert; one grandson; and one step-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Pauline Warren; brother, Richard Warren; and a sister, Pauline Murphy.

The family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, at Munden Funeral Home.
