LONNIE L. BURRELL
FRANKLINTON - Lonnie Lassiter Burrell, 63, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2006. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, Dec. 27, at Kinches Chapel United Church of Christ, Franklinton, with the Rev. Willie R. Nixon III officiating.

He was born in Franklin County, the son of Lula Mae Dunston and the late Leroy Perry. He was employed with the City of Raleigh until his health failed.

Surviving: one daughter, Jacqueline B. Eaton (David) of the home; sons, James Burrell, Ronnie Burrell, Phillip Burrell and Chanteau Burrell (Farren), all of Franklinton, Quincy Burrell (Tonya) of Youngsville and Shelby Burrell (Battista) of Spring Hope; his mother, Lula Mae Dunston of Franklinton; sisters, Mary Burrell and Carolyn Burrell (Sidney), both of Franklinton; brothers, William L. Dunston (Mary Ann) of Kittrell, John Earl Perry of Creedmoor, Ervin Dunston (Barbara) of Raleigh, Charlie Perry of Butner, Larry Dunston (Susie), Ralph Dunston (Mildred), Sammy Perry, Robert Perry, Jimmie Perry, Frank Perry, Danny Dunston (Judy), Elbert Perry, and Berlie Perry, all of Franklinton; and 12 grandchildren.
