MACON Z. MORRIS JR.
ZEBULON – Macon Zebulon Morris Jr., 72, of the Pilot Community, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013. Funeral service was held Monday, Jan. 28, at Pilot Baptist Church, with burial following in the Massey-Poole family cemetery.

A native of Bunn, he was son to the late Macon Sr. and Carrie Kelly Morris. He was a member of Bunn High School basketball and baseball teams.   He was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Morris Dickerson.

Surviving, wife, Janet Marie Massey Morris of the home; daughters, Amy Morris Ferrell (Timothy) and Lisa Morris Nelson (Michael) of the homeplace; siblings, Jerry Morris (Kaye) of Charlotte, Jimmy Morris (Sara Jane) of Wake Forest, Ronnie Morris of Bunn, Margie Morris Winstead (John) of Bunn, Ann Morris Ward (Jim) of Louisburg; two grandchildren; many special nephews, nieces, and other family members.

Flowers are welcomed or memorials may be made to the Pilot Baptist Church, Zebulon, Building Fund, or to Hospice of Wake County.
