DR. JOSEPH ANTHONY KULICK

LOUISBURG - Dr. Joseph Anthony Kulick, 81, died Saturday evening, Nov. 29, 2014 at his residence. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Wake Forest. Burial will follow in the Wake Forest Cemetery.

He was born in Buffalo, NY, the son of the late Josephine Depasquale Kulick and David Jerome Kulick. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and was a retired dentist.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lynda Kathryn Kulick Swaim, and by his former wife, Mary Garrett Kulick.

Surviving: daughter, Lisa Bradley of Raleigh; son, David James Kulick of Louisburg; sister, Nina Rapp of Clarence, NY; and two grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 520 W. Holding Ave., Wake Forest, NC 27587.

Friends may visit with the family from 6-7:30 pm Wednesday Dec. 3, at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 South Main St., Wake Forest, NC 27587.
