PAUL STANLEY COFFEY

FRANKLINTON - Paul "Stanley" Coffey, 73, of Franklinton, died on March 2, 2015. He died peacefully, at home, with his devoted wife of 50 years, Linda May Coffey, by his side. Stanley was born May 30, 1941, in Caldwell County and briefly resided in Baltimore, Md. during the mid-1960s.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Beatrice Pope Coffey and his beloved brothers Larry, Jerry, Roy and Gene. He is survived by three sons; Paul and Chad of Franklinton, and Jamie of Mooresville, in addition to eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Gary of Lenoir.

A celebration in memorial of Stanley's life will be held at Unity Baptist Church, Youngsville, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 8.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to: Unity Baptist Church, 6348 NC Hwy 96W, Youngsville, NC 27596 or to Transitions Life Care, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607 (formerly Wake County Hospice).
