NORFOLK, VA - Fred Horace Dale, 77, formerly of Louisburg, died Tuesday, July 14, 2015.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 21, at Gillfield Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Curtis Lucas Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Dale is survived by two daughters, Cathy Brodnax (Louis) of the home, and Theresa Harvey (Robert) of Norfolk; one son, Fred Harvey Dale (Leticia) of Chesapeake, Va.; one sister, Marie Chittenden (John) of Middlesex, N.J.; two brothers, Thomas Dale (Tensie) of Louisburg, and Andrew Dale (Betty) of Louisburg, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 20, from 3-7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
