WAKE FOREST - Sue McAllister Morris, 74, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015. A visitation will be held Saturday, Oct. 10, at 10 a.m. at Nashville United Methodist Church with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Ralph Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Nashville.

She was born in Vance County to the late George Burnie and Virginia McGhee McAllister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Morris, and her brother, G.B. McAllister Jr.

Sue retired from MetLife after 33 years of service. After moving to Nashville she became an active member of the Nashville United Methodist Church where she served on numerous committees.

Surviving: son, Steward Goswick (Melodie); two grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nash Health Care Foundation, 2416 Professional Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804
