February 23, 1911 - October 25, 2015

LOUISBURG - Lorene Allen House, 104, of the White Level Community, died Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. House was a daughter of the late Speck and Ms. Duffy Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton House; sisters, Dorothy Pierce and Rachel Gray; brothers, Ben Allen, Hubert Allen, and Willie Allen.

A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday at White Level Community Holiness Church. Burial will follow in the White Level Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. prior to the service.

Mrs. House is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Howard Carden of the Justice Community; son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Clara House of the White Level Community; brother, John L. Allen of Kill Devil Hills; grandchildren, William House (Tammy); Chris House (Regina); Joseph Carden; David Carden; Reuben Carden; great-grandchildren, Kristen, Nolan, and Jenna House; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to White Level Community Holiness Church, Building Fund, 481 Wood Rd., Louisburg, NC 27549.
