CASTALIA - Richard "Stewart" Collins, 61, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 3, at White Level Baptist Church.
He was born in Franklin County, the son of the late Saint and Gertrude Collins.
Mr. Collins is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Collins; son, Dillon Saint Collins; sister, Patsy Nelms (Donnie); niece, Hettie Faulkner (Matt); nephew, Jon Nelms (Danielle); great-niece, Anna; great-nephew, Bentley; and a stepdaughter, Chastity Dement.
