LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Barbara Jean Alston, 56, who died Thursday, May 10, 2018, will be held Saturday, May 19, at 12 p.m. at Old Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Youngsville, with the Rev. Michael E. Alston officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Liberty Church cemetery.
Surviving: husband, Larry Alston of the home; daughters, Christy and Jessica Alston, both of Louisburg, LaToya Alston of Youngsville; one son, Ronald Alston of Spring Hope; sisters, Phyllis Silver of Raleigh, Pattie Silver of Hollister; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 18, from 6 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
