BUNN - Luther Glenn Mitchell, 87, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018. Funeral service will be held at Poplar Springs Baptist Church on Thursday, Aug. 23. The family visitation will be 12:30 - 1:45 p.m., with the service at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Bunn Cemetery.
Surviving: his wife Vinette Mitchell; daughter, Mary Mitchell of Youngsville; son, Howard Mitchell (Cindy) of Youngsville; daughter, Sharon Blevins of Bunn; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by an infant son, Ed, his parents and eight siblings.
He was employed by Nationwide for many years until his retirement in 1993.
