FRANKLINTON--Ethel Marie Kearney-Perry of Clinton, Md., formerly of Franklinton, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018. A celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, at First Baptist Church in Franklinton. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, followed by a family repast at the Usher's Building on US-1 north of Franklinton.
