CARY--Naomi Lee Holmes Teasley, 73, died Friday, May 31, 2019 at her residence. Funeral service will be held Friday, June 7, at 3 p.m. at Kinches Chapel Christian Church in Franklinton. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She was born in Washington, D.C. to Clifford and Ilene Holmes. She was a graduate of McKinley Technology High School. She retired after 38 years of service with the federal government.

Surviving: husband, Wilbert "Jip" Teasley; son, Douglas (Willette) Teasley; a daughter, Monica (Ben) Jones; one granddaughter and one grandson; and a great-grandson.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Feggins & Feggins Chapel in Wake Forest and also from 2-3 p.m. at the church on Friday.
