LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Otha "O. C." McCowan, 63, who died Tuesday, June 25, 2019, will be held Saturday, July 6, at 2 p.m. in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Minister Jerry McCowan officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Shameia McCowan, Tyra Miles (Clinton), all of Baltimore, MD, Delmica Jackson (Marvin) of Atlanta, GA, Chawnta Tighman of Baltimore, MD; son, Rev. Jerry McCowan (Shandreeka) of Newport News, VA; mother, Emma Arrington McCowan of the home; brother, Zollie Edward McCowan Jr. (Wilhelmenia) of Mechanicsville, VA; and 10 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday from 3 until 6 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
