PILOT - Ann Mullen Williams, 95, of the Pilot Community died Monday morning at Rex Hospital. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Pilot Baptist Church, with Dr. Don Caswell officiating. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Zebulon.

She was born in Franklin County, a daughter of the late Clyde Blythe Mullen and Bertha Brewer Mullen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Earl Williams; a son, Wyatt Earl Williams; and brothers, O'Deyne Mullen and Maurice Mullen.

She was a seamstress, retiring from the custom drapery department at JC Penney's in Raleigh.

Surviving: son, Kenny H. (Gale) Williams of Pilot, Margie Williams of Middlesex; sisters, Jewell M. Bailey of Bunn and Bertha M. Kearney of Jacksonville; seven grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Flowers accepted or memorials to Pilot Baptist Church, 8103 NC 39 Hwy S., Zebulon, NC 27597.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:45 to 10:45 Thursday at Pilot Baptist Church and other times at the home of Kenny and Gale Williams, 5590 Old US Hwy. 64 E., Zebulon.
