CAMILLA "DINK" KEARNEY PEARCE

FRANKLINTON -- Camilla "Dink" Kearney Pearce, 84, of Franklinton died Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Camilla was born in Franklin County to the late Carl M. and Mary Moss Kearney on August 30, 1935.

She was a lifelong dedicated member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Camilla influenced many lives with her strong faith and simple but happy lifestyle.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 21, 2020 at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery by Reverend Carl Hunter. Visitation will follow the service in the church fellowship hall and at other times at the home.

Camilla is preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Howard "Buddy" Pearce. She is survived by her children; Tarbie (Brenda) Pearce, Wanda (Billy) Oakley, Jerry (Gail) Pearce, Yvonne (Kenny) Lane and Danny (Laurie) Pearce, all of Franklinton.

She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Judene Day and Betty Gooch; two brothers, Carl "Creeper" Kearney Jr. and Arthur "Bebo" Kearney. Camilla was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmie Kearney.
