CHARLES PICKREL

LEXINGTON--Charles Harold Pickrel, age 84, of Lexington passed away early Monday morning, June 22, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. A funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Brian Wells, MACM. The service will be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/.davidsonfuneral/ Burial to follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park.

Mr. Pickrel was born June 21, 1936 in The District of Columbia to Roncie Pickrel and Roxie Weathers Pickrel. He retired as the owner and operator of Picks Welding and Machine.

His parents and his wife, Patricia Diane Jarrett Pickrel, preceded him in death.

Surviving are his son, Shane Pickrel (Sarah) of Franklinton, NC and a daughter, Donna Piner (David) of Lexington. Grandchildren: Bridget Jones (Brian), Cody Piner (Briana), Davin Pickrel and Ravin Pickrel, and his great Grandchildren, Hailey and Dallas. His brother, Willard Pickrel (Jeanne) of Florida and his sister, Hilda Ward (Jimmy) of Asheboro.
