JUSTICE COMMUNITY - William Ferris Newbill III, 85, of the Justice Community, died Thursday afternoon, Nov. 26, 2020. There will be no memorial service at this time.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marian V. Newbill, and his son, William Ferris Newbill IV.
Surviving: daughters, Donna L. Brown and Chrystal E. Newbill, both of the Justice Community; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
