CLARENCE MICHAEL SLEDGE
February 27, 1957 - January 21, 2021

LOUISBURG - Clarence "Mike" Sledge, 63, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Holly Grove Baptist Church with visitation one hour prior to the service. Dr. Benjamin Quinn and Mr. Kevin Conner will officiate the service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Helen Fulford Sledge.

Mike leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Melody Rose Hughes Sledge of the home: a daughter, Amy Jones of Clayton, three sons, Deric Privette (Lacy) of West Va., Dustin Privette of the home, Christian Sledge (Fiance', Parker) of the home. He is also survived by his sisters, Marie Williams (Ronnie) of Zebulon and Deborah Carlyle (Randy) of Zebulon; a brother Dannie Sledge (Barbara) of Louisburg; a grandson, Blake Jones and numerous nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Holly Grove Baptist Church, 1640 Holly Road, Spring Hope, NC 27882.
