BETTIE H. HENLEY

HENDERSON, NC- Bettie Lou Hicks Henley, 78, of Garrett Road, died Monday, March 15, 2021 at her home. Born in Granville County on June 5, 1942 she was the daughter of the late Sam Hicks, Sr. and Eva May Hicks. She was a former member of Grace Baptist Church.

A graveside funeral service will held Friday at 10:00 AM at Oakwood Cemetery in Louisburg.

She is survived by two daughters, Debra Painter and husband, James of Richmond, VA and Bettie Lloyd of Louisburg; two brothers, Sam Hicks, Jr. and wife, Jannie and James Hicks, and wife, Wanda all of Franklinton; seven grandchildren, Crystal, Jennifer, John David, Stevie, Heather, Aaron and Nicholas; and several great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are by J.M. White Funeral Home.
