LOUISBURG - William Howard Riker, Jr. passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to the late William Howard Riker, Sr. and Anne Williams Riker.

He retired from the United States Postal Service as a postal carrier.

He served three years in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sonnie and Ona Williams; brother, Pete Bagwell; and sister, Candice Martindale.

He is survived by family and many dear friends.

William will be laid to rest in the Williams Family Cemetery.
