HOLLISTER, NC--Funeral services for Sandy A. Evans, age 58, who died on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, will be held on Wednesday, November 24, at 1 p.m., from the Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Hollister with Rev. Charles Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Evans Family Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Evans of the home; one daughter, Dama Evans (Clain Lee) and one son, Joshaka Evans (Markita), both of Enfield, NC; his mother, Madelean Evans of Hollister, NC; one sister, Cynthia Battle (Kenneth) of Hollister, NC; five brothers, Jimmie Evans of Enfield, NC, Sidney Ray Evans, Milton Evans (Charlotte), Nathaniel Evans (Linda) and Bernard Evans (Sandy), all of Hollister, NC; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 16, 5-7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
